Will Ty Rattie be playing for the Blues next year?

I am tired of the Blues drafting players and you don't ever really see them for a couple of years. I know they have to develop, but can't we find just one guy who is NHL ready? I looked this kid up when they drafted him. He has skill, I want him to play. Also, what about their other picks?
